Now on its 27th year, the DPC-PLDT Visual Arts Competition is employing the medium of digital photography to broaden the range of participants. The theme is “More Fun in the Philippines: The Brighter Side of Life”. This takes off from the Department of Tourism’s thrust to showcase the unique attraction of the Philippines and its people.

This contest is open to students, ages 15-24, the competition encourages them to capture their joyous experiences around the archipelago in photographs. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winners; their schools will receive cash donations and plaques.
