Why do Guys Walk Away?

Here is a question that I think men need to answer. A girl posted this in my formspring account: Why do guys just walk out and do not say anything?

I will give mine but would also like to ask others to give their answer.

Answer: I think some guys just walk away because they are unsure if they are willing to go through the relationship. I am not saying that it is right to walk away or that walking away without saying anything is the manly thing to do. Some do so out of fear or guilt and some just don’t have a clue on how to end a relationship.

To my male readers, what do you think?

I don’t know if this answers the question(I don’t even know if I even understood the question), but here is my take on this.

I have talked to a friend a couple of days ago about her life. She’s my age, still in college but already has a baby. I asked her about her baby’s daddy, she said that when her baby’s daddy found out that she was pregnant he was claiming that the baby is not his then he walks away. She was persistent to run after him when her baby was born so that her baby would have his last name, but he was firm that the baby was not his and was insisting a DNA test. He found out after the DNA test that the baby was his and now he’s the one chasing her for time with his child…

Clearly, he walked away from her after he had his way. He was oblivious to the consequences of his action and was living in “NOW”. Most of the guys I know from college are like this, and yeah… I WAS like this before, doing whatever I want without a care in the world. But when the time comes to take the responsibility, even if i know I should be responsible, I was still hoping with all of my heart that someone else would take the buck for me.

It’s easier to just walk out than take responsibility. But taking responsibility is the manly thing to do. But sadly, most guys would rather be comfortable than be a man.

I think one reason that guys walk away is because of fear. Most of the time they do it becuase they dont want to see the girl hurting. It is selfish to just walk away without explaining why and I know there there would be tons of different reason why but Men (IMHO) hates to see women cry. The fear of seeing a woman cry makes us feel that we are really a bad person so if we just walk away then we will not see women cry. Its selfish I agree but i think a lot of guys would agree on me on this..

Men that walk away without a word,They have no core. They are no more than a empty shell.I truly feel sorry for the men that hurt women that way,They are so emotional unaviable, they are not capable of giving nor recieving love.At the end of the day, they will hurt, destroy many woman and end up to be Old Lonely men that no one wants….Karma,What goes around, comes back around…WORD!!!
